Dear Upstairs Downstairs

We placed our order for a bathroom refurbishment at our home as a result of a personal recommendation from a near neighbour. After visiting your showroom, an three or four very helpful sessions choosing our equipment and designing the project, the work was eventually carried by Jules, Kerry and Mark, one of your in-house teams.

The end result has exceeded all our expectations. From original design to completion we felt we were in the hands of an experienced team of professionals familiar with the idea of delivering to the very highest standards of quality. Such standards of service, these days, are to find.

Jules' team were very helpful and friendly, as well as very competent and skilled craftsmen who took great pride in their work. Nothing was too much trouble for them, leaving the job clean and tidy at the end of each day and it was a pleasure to have them work here. We would of course be happy to recommend them to anyone considering similar work.

Our new Bathroom is a fabulous addition to our home; a big thank you to everyone concerned.
